My approach...
Before every speaking engagement, I tend to ask myself "am I worthy"... or "why should they listen to me" - then I quickly remind myself that everybody is worthy of being heard. Worthiness is in what we, as unique individuals, bring to the table. Everybody has something to say - it doesn't even have to be verbal, but there's something in each of us that isn't in the next. I bring authenticity to the table. No matter the topic, whether it's my photography journey, college years, accomplishments, or advice - I speak from a place of truth.
